Pronounced Viper, An acronym for Vitality, Performance and Reconditioning. At 1 metre high made of quality rubber with specially moulded handles, the ViPR is the Swiss army knife of exercise equipment. There are over 40 ways to hold the ViPR and in excess of 9000 exercises. No gimmicks or fads, ViPR is designed to be lifted, shifted, thrown, rolled, dragged, carried, tilted & flipped. ViPR is suitable for *most abilities & ages with weights ranging from 4-26kg.

Your instructor, Colin McDonald was a professional footballer for 10 years and has been working in the fitness industry since 2003. He has taken various group exercise classes and has been personal training since 2008. In 2011 he set up his own business (Lothian Personal Training) and has over 10,000 hours experience in this field.
Colin qualified as a ViPR instructor in the summer of 2013 and currently incorporates a little ViPR into all his personal training client workouts. He truly believes in the ethos of Vipr & not only hopes to create ViPR classes but create a ViPR community! It is unique, innovative, varied and FUN.
Group training has huge benefits, as it fosters a real camorardere within the group & the collective can really feed of each other’s energy.
