Highly effective

I contacted Alison because I play a lot of sport & needed a good deep tissue massage. Five years on, what I thought was a a simple sports massage treating the usual aches & pains is actually essential and preventive therapy. Allowing me in my mid years to keep super fit and active. Down to the brilliance of Alison I have no back / neck pain, issues I had with my feet, legs and hands are all gone ! I cannot believe how effective and amazing she is.....best I have ever used!

Worked wonders

Avoiding injury

Alison has been our massage therapist for well over 10 years. Seeing her regularly has played a major part in avoiding sports injuries and taking control of what had been years of back problems. First class teaching

Such a brilliant way to exercise. I've attended whenever I can for approaching two years and always look forward to it. Colin's teaching is first class, the ViPR method seems to work every important muscle group, and I can't believe there's a better spot to exercise in East Lothian.

Fun and different

Lothian ViPR Bootcamp is a completely different way of training that I love, as its really fun and you use lots of different muscles from running. Would highly recommend.

Colin is an outstanding PT, he has made a huge difference to my fitness levels. He really works hard to understand you as a client; your strengths, weaknesses and puts the right plan in place to both motivate you and keep improving your fitness levels. The programme is fully personalised and adapted to your needs, whether your training for a specific event, recovering from an injury or just wanting to maintain your existing level of fitness. I can’t recommend him highly enough!
